BASE CONTROL VALVE
The ICS Stabilizer Is specifically designed to allow the rider to feel virtually no resistance under normal operating conditions. The Base Valve is located on the top of the stabilizer it allows you to adjust the amount of resistance you feel at low speed.
The stiffer you set the base valve the greater the sensitivity of the high-speed circuit, The high-speed relief is designed to absorb and soften those sharp steering jolts, Conversely, the less base valve you adjust, you get less sensitivity of the high-speed circuit.
Base settings are as follows:
Location: Base valve is the large knob on the top of the stabilizer,
marked with a arrow between the H & S letters.
S. = Softer - Lighter feel from left to right.
H. = harder - Stiffer feel from left to right.
Starting Position: 6 clicks OUT from full “CLOCKWISE”.
