Stabilizer Maintenance
Your ICS Stabilizer is a high precision rotary hydraulic stabilizer with very tight tolerances.
Give it the same good care you would give your sport bike suspension.
Oil changes are relative to how many miles it gets used. Regular oil changes are beneficial unless the stabilizer feels abnormal.
At ICS Motorcycle Products, Inc. we recommend 3.5w Full Synthetic Hydraulic or Suspension Fluid. You can use other oils, NOTE: Regular Petroleum based oils will affect damping characteristics.
Normal washing and high pressure washing will not affect the ICS Stabilizer.
Maintenance tools and instructions are not available. However you will need special tools to remove the link arm, at this time we do not have a link arm puller, one will be available soon.
