Lifetime Limited Warranty
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY for the ICS STABILIZER.
ICS Motorcycle Products, Inc. warrants its motorcycle steering stabilizer manufactured after May 1, 2003, not to leak during normal motorcycle operational use for as long as the original consumer purchaser has completed and filed a warranty card. If the steering stabilizer should leak during normal motorcycle operational use, ICS Motorcycle Products, Inc. will, upon receipt of the defective steering stabilizer, free of charge, fix or replace all parts necessary to put the defective stabilizer in good working condition.
ICS Motorcycle Products, Inc. also warrants all other aspects of the steering stabilizer, except for the anodized finish ( ICS Motorcycle Products, Inc will not warranty any color fading what so ever ), and with no exception to ( CRASH DAMAGE or FAILURE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE'S ON THE CONSUMER PART, THE CONSUMER SHOULD REALIZE THIS PRECISION DEVICE NEEDS MAINTENANCE JUST LIKE THE MOTORCYCLE IT IS BEING FITTED TOO ) ICS Motorcycle products, Inc. guarantees our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal motorcycle operational use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his/her motorcycle. If a defect is found in normal motorcycle operational use , ICS Motorcycle Products, Inc. will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Proof of purchase ( original sales receipt or completed warranty card with serial number ) must be provided to ICS Motorcycle Products, Inc. with all warranty claims. ICS Motorcycle Products, Inc. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of ICS Motorcycle Products, Inc exceed the purchase price of the steering stabilizer & mounting kit.
If the steering stabilizer is used for competition, ICS Motorcycle Products, Inc warrants the steering stabilizer to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date the product is installed, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.
If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact ICS Motorcycle Products, Inc, either through writing: ICS Motorcycle Products, Inc, Attn.: Customer Service Department, P. O. Box 2118, Canyon Country, CA 91386, USA. or call us at: (1) 661-252-2399. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the serial number, color, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased. Also include your original invoice.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state/province to state/province. This warranty is to the original consumer purchaser only, and excludes product damage due to installation error, product abuse, or product misuse, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or the consumer.
